Gaming Cafe Admin

The Gaming Café Administrator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the gaming café. This role ensures an excellent customer experience, maintains gaming equipment, maintains good customer relations , and handles administrative tasks to support the café’s growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and maintain all gaming equipment, PCs, consoles, and peripherals in top condition.
• Ensure café cleanliness and proper seating arrangements.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly, assist with game or system setup, and answer queries.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Organize and manage gaming tournaments, events, and promotions.

4. Technical Management

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
• Update and install games, security patches, and relevant software.

5. Administration & Finance

• Handle cash register, daily sales reports, and petty cash.
• Manage inventory for snacks, beverages, and gaming accessories.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a gaming café, internet café, or similar role preferred.
• Strong passion for video games, esports, and gaming culture.
• Basic technical knowledge of PCs, consoles, and networking.
• Good communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, energetic environment with frequent interaction with customers.
• Involves light physical activity (moving equipment, restocking).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
