The Gaming Café Administrator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the gaming café. This role ensures an excellent customer experience, maintains gaming equipment, maintains good customer relations , and handles administrative tasks to support the café’s growth and reputation. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor and maintain all gaming equipment, PCs, consoles, and peripherals in top condition. Ensure café cleanliness and proper seating arrangements. Manage opening and closing procedures. 2. Customer Service Greet customers warmly, assist with game or system setup, and answer queries. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Organize and manage gaming tournaments, events, and promotions. 4. Technical Management Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly. Update and install games, security patches, and relevant software. 5. Administration & Finance Handle cash register, daily sales reports, and petty cash. Manage inventory for snacks, beverages, and gaming accessories. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a gaming café, internet café, or similar role preferred. Strong passion for video games, esports, and gaming culture. Basic technical knowledge of PCs, consoles, and networking. Good communication, and organizational skills. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Work Environment Fast-paced, energetic environment with frequent interaction with customers. Involves light physical activity (moving equipment, restocking).
