Ironclad

As a secondary, critical function, this individual will provide "off-hours" production support for our

Workday Financials

This position is ideal for a self-motivated systems professional who excels at both technical configuration and user-facing support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ironclad Administration (Primary - 70%)

• Act as the primary system administrator and internal subject matter expert for the Ironclad platform.
• Manage all post-go-live configuration, including user provisioning, role-based security, and permissions.
• Build, test, and maintain contract workflows (Workflow Designer), conditional logic, and approval routing.
• Manage and update contract templates and clauses within the system.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the Legal team and other business users for troubleshooting, support, and "how-to" questions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract status, cycle times, and risk.
• Assist in managing system integrations between Ironclad and other business systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).

2. Workday Financials Support (Secondary - 30%)

• Provide daily production support for Workday Financials, focusing on the needs of our global Accounting and Finance teams.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues, integration errors, and business process failures.
• Assist with end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue triage during the required coverage hours.
• Manage user security assignments as directed by the G&A Systems lead.
• Monitor key business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Ironclad:

   2+ years of hands-on experience as a system administrator for Ironclad. Must be proficient with Workflow Designer, template management, and reporting.

• Workday:

   1+ years of experience supporting a Workday Financials environment. Must be familiar with common modules (e.t., General Ledger, AP, Procurement, Expenses) and comfortable troubleshooting business processes.

• Support Mindset:

   Proven experience in a customer-facing systems support or production support role.

• Communication:

   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Autonomy:

   Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

• Schedule:

   Non-negotiable ability to work the required shift to ensure overlap until 11:00 AM PST.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

• Official Ironclad or Workday certification.
• Experience supporting both Legal and Finance/Accounting business functions.
• Experience with other G&A systems (e.g., Avalara, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth or tech-industry environment.
