You will be joining the FX Confirmations and Settlements team as a Senior Associate or Assistant Manager at State Street Markets. Your role will involve confirming and settling all deals/trades in a timely manner based on market cut off. This position is crucial as it contributes to delivering innovative trading, execution, and financing services to clients, ultimately generating shareholder return. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform FX Netting Via email or vendor platforms - Email counterparties to confirm trades - Reach out to clients in case of non-receipts - Focus on client needs first and provide exceptional service - Review and/or implement controls to reduce risk - Engage and communicate daily with stakeholders including GTCB Cash processing and investigations team, SSGM FX Trading and Middle office units, counterparties, and SSGM FX DBM Team - Identify and report any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity - Utilize Vendor platforms like GTSS, Bloomberg, FXALL, and Misys - Have knowledge of confirmation Swift for FX and understanding of NDF and different FX products - Manage multiple tasks/priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills - written and verbal, with internal and external contacts - Problem-solving and people management skills **Qualifications Required:** - Customer focus - Good team working skills - Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and improve processes and controls - Strong Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables State Street is a global custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company with a focus on technology and product innovation in the financial services industry.
