Fusion SCM Sr Functional Consultant

As an Oracle SCM Functional specialist, you will work on both offshore and onshore client engagements, focusing on the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules. Your role will involve interacting with customers to comprehend their business processes and align them with Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing, and other SCM Cloud Modules. You are expected to leverage your expertise as a consulting professional to deliver high-quality work products independently. Your responsibilities will include implementing Oracle products and technologies to meet customer requirements by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and best practices. You will be tasked with providing functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements, potentially leading project teams and consulting with customer management. To be successful in this role, you should possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant product or technical expertise in the Oracle ERP domain. Effective communication, team collaboration, and client rapport-building skills are essential. You must be willing to travel as necessary and have a minimum of 5 to 9 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Consulting/Solutioning/Implementation in Oracle ERP applications. Key qualifications for this position include expertise in at least two Fusion SCM modules, experience in a minimum of 2 End-to-End Implementations in Oracle ERP, excellent communication and client handling abilities, and readiness to undertake onsite assignments. A graduate degree is required, and industry/domain experience is considered advantageous. Your responsibilities will involve successful implementation of solutions for customers through User Acceptance Testing and the Post Production phase. The role requires a thorough understanding of industry best practices, business processes, and technology designs within the Oracle SCM domain.
