Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Furniture Showroom Manager in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes are adhered to.
Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Regularly interact and follow up with the Showroom Manager, Area Manager, and General Manager to achieve targets.
Suggest improvements and initiatives to boost sales.
Demonstrate products to customers and close sales.
Promptly answer customer calls and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Possess strong sales and communication skills.
Experience working in a furniture showroom is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
