Furniture Sales Team Leader

As the Retail Furniture Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, such as sales targets, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales targets and customer feedback
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store
• Lead, coach, and support a team of sales associates
• Hire, train, and evaluate sales associates
• Manage inventory and ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Furniture Sales Team Leader: 2 years (Required)
• Furniture Sales Executive: 5 years (Required)
