You are a dynamic and experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally in the furniture retail, home dcor, or lifestyle retail industry. You have a strong track record of success in leading large-scale VM programs across different regions. Your expertise lies in retail space planning, storytelling through display, and creating immersive customer experiences, particularly in the furniture and home lifestyle segments. As the Head of Visual Merchandising at Royaloak, you will be responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end VM strategy across the retail networks in India and the UAE. You will lead store layout planning, furniture zoning, display flow, and seasonal VM updates to ensure consistency in brand presentation. Collaborating closely with various teams including marketing, design, operations, and category, you will align VM with brand objectives and maintain store presentation standards. Your role will involve managing VM rollouts for new store launches, renovations, and promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will build and lead a team of regional VM professionals and field visual merchandisers to drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence. Monitoring store-level execution through audits and feedback loops, you will drive customer engagement through well-curated displays and lifestyle setups. It is essential for you to have strong leadership skills, proficiency in design tools like SketchUp, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent, and exceptional aesthetic sense with attention to detail. Your willingness to travel frequently across India and the UAE for store visits and VM execution will be crucial in this role. We need Dynamic & Motivated sales person who has passion for furniture sales in B2B Segment. The candidate needs to interact with Leading Architects / End Customers to generate Furniture demand & specify furniture products in the upcoming requirements of the customers. The ideal candidate will need to build & maintain client relationships & achieve the company sales targets.
