Job Description

Role & responsibilities Candidate must understand designing. Provide professional consultation to customers through various available dcor elements at the home across different categories and help them choose the best; in-line with the dcor of their homes. Provide a complete solution to customers regarding color, dcor, furnishings, understanding their requirements and incorporating existing features of their homes. software usage for design for DS site and include Fitted furniture/ interior(home decor) in all DS site. Finalization of designing estimates as per rate cards and in consultation with store owner. Timely collection and immediate reporting of any deviations in pre-decided payment schedule. Appointment of general contractors from the panel for execution of painting work at customer site. Supervision to ensure adherence to Asian paints recommendation systems and procedures. As per the sites of the customers who are visiting the stores for consultations (subject to limitation of area under local municipal corporation / Nagar Parishad or similar bodies under whose jurisdiction store is located). Preferred candidate profile Good communication Required Male Candidate Two Wheeler (Driving Licences Mandatory) Experience in Furniture and Furnishing Sales (Dcor Categories) Ability to learn and work with technology applications & software related to home decor Orientation towards colour and basic understanding of colour in the home decor space Prior work experience as an Interior Designer/Architect Required Qualification: Diploma/Graduation interior designing/fine arts/creative field.
