Fundraising Manager - CSR

As a CSR - Strategic Partnerships (Fundraising) at our company in Gurugram (Delhi NCR), your role is crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising plans aligned with the organization's goals and financial needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prioritizing fundraising opportunities, such as individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events. - Building and maintaining relationships with donors, supporters, and key stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and events. - Researching grant opportunities, and preparing grant proposals, applications, and reports in collaboration with program staff and leadership. - Ensuring compliance with grant requirements and deadlines, and maintaining accurate records of grant submissions, awards, and outcomes. - Planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising campaigns and events, such as annual appeals, online giving campaigns, galas, and donor appreciation events. - Monitoring fundraising performance against goals, budgets, and timelines, and analyzing key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, board of directors, and donors, providing updates on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 4-12 years of experience in CSR Fundraising (Corporate Partnerships).
