Fundraiser Corporate & Field Fundraising

As a Fundraiser at TruIntel Reform Foundation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of social reform, digital literacy, youth empowerment, women's safety, and community development through effective fundraising and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential corporate and individual donors to support our initiatives. - Conduct fundraising activities in various settings such as malls, streets, and public events. - Develop and implement corporate employee engagement campaigns to foster relationships and support. - Cultivate long-term partnerships with donors and CSR partners to ensure sustainability. - Assist in the creation of fundraising proposals and prepare detailed event reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed fundraising targets effectively. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate and field fundraising. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate our cause. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. - Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities to build meaningful relationships. - Passion for social causes and community development to drive impactful change.
