TruIntel Reform Foundation is a Delhi-based non-profit organization dedicated to social reform, digital literacy, youth empowerment, women’s safety, and community development. We are looking for passionate individuals who can help us strengthen our mission through effective fundraising and partnerships.

Role Description

dynamic Fundraiser

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and representing a cause with energy and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential corporate and individual donors.
• Conduct fundraising activities across malls, streets, and public events.
• Develop and execute corporate employee engagement campaigns.
• Build long-term relationships with donors and CSR partners.
• Assist in preparing fundraising proposals and event reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve fundraising targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 

  1 year of experience

   in fundraising (corporate and field).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Passionate about social causes and community development.
