The client is one of the Leading NBFCs in India seeking a Sr Treasury Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The position is based in Chennai and requires a candidate with a CA or MBA Finance qualification. Responsibilities: Accounting & Audit: - Responsible for accounting Treasury transactions in SAP - Prepare quarterly audit schedules and treasury disclosures for financial results - Coordinate Quarterly/Annual External Audit and Stock Audit Cash Flow Management: - Manage the liquidity position of the Company - Invest surplus funds based on the Company's investment policy - Prepare daily cash flow reports and submit them to the management Funding Management: - Provide back-office support for all funding instruments including Bank Loans, Commercial Papers, NCDs (Bonds), and External Commercial Borrowings - Manage end-to-end Commercial paper and NCD issuance - Prepare information memorandum for bond issuances - Execute loan agreements and manage charge creation/satisfaction with ROC in coordination with the secretarial department - Prepare securitization data and provide support Reporting & Compliance: - Prepare monthly interest cost report with Variance Analysis - Ensure timely and accurate submission of stock statements to lenders/trustees - Handle ECB return reporting and comply with RBI & SEBI regulations - Prepare quarterly data/investor pack and assist in ALCO presentations If you are a detail-oriented professional with experience in treasury management and compliance, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial stability and growth of a leading NBFC in India.,

As a Chartered Accountant in a Real Estate Company based out of Noida Sector 63, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities across financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxation, audit, internal controls, funding and treasury management, regulatory compliance, project cost management, strategic advisory, stakeholder communication, and team leadership and development. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure proper allocation of resources. You will monitor and assess the financial performance of ongoing real estate projects and evaluate project feasibility through financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations relevant to the real estate industry, conducting periodic reconciliation of bank accounts and financial statements, and ensuring timely filing of tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes. You will also advise on tax-efficient structuring of real estate transactions and projects and liaise with tax authorities and auditors to resolve compliance-related issues. In addition, you will oversee internal and external audits, develop and implement robust internal controls, manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for project execution and operational needs, and ensure compliance with local laws, including RERA regulations. You will review and control project expenses, collaborate with project managers to ensure financial discipline, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions. Moreover, you will prepare and present financial reports to management, investors, and other stakeholders, collaborate with legal, sales, and marketing teams, and act as a point of contact for financial and accounting matters. You will also lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals, conduct training sessions to enhance team competency, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, with a salary of up to 1 Lakh per month.
