Dy.Manager/Manager - Overseas Finance

As a Finance Manager in our company, your role will involve various responsibilities including: - Participating in the annual budget reviews and preparing the annual budgets, along with conducting profitability analysis - Analyzing the budgets submitted by the entities and performing Variance Analysis of expenses and product-wise profitability - Reviewing Monthly MIS and Financials of Overseas Entities, preparing MIS as per Sr. Management formats, and implementing reporting structures for senior management - Conducting Product-wise Gross Margin Analysis and Sales analysis (both product wise and customer wise) - Analyzing the working capital of the entities to ensure financial stability and correctness of reporting - Managing Transfer Pricing with Subsidiaries to ensure compliance and accuracy - Monitoring bank balances at overseas entities, reconciling funding vs. actual expenses, and ensuring optimum fund availability - Conducting Intercompany reconciliations and arranging funds for expansion and regular operational needs - Facilitating reconciliation and settlements with Distributors, supporting overseas entities/offices with required documents for Audit, legal, and secretarial matters - Communicating with service providers and consultants for statutory requirements and maintaining a smooth workflow matrix - Processing Debit notes and Credit notes related to stock expiries and expenses, managing internal approvals for cross-departmental activities - Arranging overseas subsidiaries" annual financials with audit reports, performing year-end reconciliations for consolidation, and supporting Group Consolidation team during audits Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance management - CA qualification is mandatory - Experience in Pharma industry will be considered as a value addition for this position We look forward to welcoming a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our finance management processes effectively.,
