As an Operations & Admin Associate at our early-stage venture capital fund, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You can expect the following responsibilities: - Be a key player in managing fund documentation, compliance filings, and coordination with legal and finance teams. - Maintain investor records, assist with capital calls, and handle investor communication logistics. - Collaborate with accountants for invoices, expense tracking, audits, and tax filings. - Handle office operations, vendor relationships, and team logistics. - Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating with external stakeholders, and managing key operational tasks. - Ensure smooth execution of internal workflows and fund operations. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, finance, or VC fund management. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured manner. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic financial tools. - Prior experience in a VC fund, investment firm, or finance sector is a plus.
