Fund Manager - Private Equity & Venture Capital

As a Fund Manager at our PE/VC fund, your role will involve driving deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, evaluating, and structuring investments. - Conducting due diligence and preparing investment memos. - Managing portfolio monitoring and performance reporting. - Supporting fund operations, accounting, and LP communications. - Coordinating with external administrators and vendors. - Mentoring junior team members. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree; MBA/CFA/CA preferred. - At least 3 years of experience in PE, VC, IB, or M&A. - Strong modelling and analytical skills. - Familiarity with fund operations and accounting. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
