Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a trouble shoot Ability to support, guide & train other team members Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business.es Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts Able to identify & implement various process control Provide innovative ideas for process enhancements Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.
