Candidate should have 0-4 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate Fund Accounting and NAV calculations. Job specification Performs Fund Accounting/Property Accounting related activities of Real Estate Funds/Properties. Performs Net Assets Value calculations and Financials of the Real Estate Funds / Properties for verity of client needs as well as different fund structures. Perform Management Accounts and various client reporting that include booking journal entries/accruals/adjustments and various fund level fee calculations. Perform and sign off Interim/Annual NAV packs/Financials for Real Estate Funds/Properties including the consolidated accounts/financials for SPVs and Properties. Perform Fund/Property/Lease set-up, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related activities in accounting platform (Yardi). Verifies complex fund transactions, audit comments within scheduled timeframes and resolves exceptions on a timely basis. Ensure that you comply with all controls, checklists and general company policies. Collection/verification of relevant information for Fund/Property/Lease set-up and to facilitate the Net Assets Value calculation and preparation of NAV pack. Prepare Cash/Position/Market Value/Inter-company Reconciliations. Ensure all scheduled work is completed by agreed deadlines and flag any service delivery issues to Management as early as possible. Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve the process efficiency and team productivity. Support in migration of Real Estate Funds from onshore location independently and ensure SLA targets are met. Support conversion of Real Estate Funds from other accounting applications to Yardi. Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis. Liaising with Onshore team, clients and Auditors on various requirements and ensure all supports are provided to the auditors to get the financials approved on the agreed timeline. Support operations on projects related to Automations / Work migrations / Conversions etc. Skills Required Experience working in Fund Accounting, Property Accounting, NAV calculation and Financial Statement preparation of Real Estate Funds.
