Job Description

Capital Markets & Fund Accounting Trainer / L&D Specialist

We are seeking a Capital Markets & Fund Accounting Specialist with strong expertise in investment banking, capital markets, and financial services operations.

The role combines deep domain knowledge in fund accounting, investment banking, and capital markets operations with proven skills in training design, facilitation, content creation, and program management. Exposure to Private Equity and REITs, along with excellent communication skills, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training programs across fund accounting and capital markets.
Develop structured learning paths, process training materials, and case-based content.
Assess training effectiveness and update materials in line with evolving business and industry needs.
Support operational delivery and training of new joiners on business processes.
Manage end-to-end training programs aligned to business priorities.

Preferred Profiles:

Operational experience: 23 years in Capital Markets and Fund Accounting.
CA Freshers (2nd–5th attempt): Strong communication and solid understanding of capital markets and fund accounting.
MBA Finance graduates (last 2 years): Passion for training, content development, and operational excellence.
Communication proficiency should be rated 4/5 or higher.
