Were Hiring: Manager Fund Accounting

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Fund Accountants
Review and sign off on
NAV calculations, financial statements, and related reports
Authorize
payments, valuations, and reconciliations
Oversee
fund valuations, audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement
robust accounting policies and controls
Liaise with
fund managers, auditors, investors, custodians, and administrators
Provide
technical guidance
on complex accounting matters
Drive
process improvements and automation initiatives
Manage
year-end audit processes, client onboarding, and intra-office migrations
Ensure adherence to
SLA metrics, compliance, and client satisfaction
