Job Description

Safety Analysis : Conduct safety assessments, hazard analysis, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and risks associated with a system or product. Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262 (for automotive), IEC 61508 (for industrial systems), or other industry-specific safety standards. Safety Planning : Develop safety plans, safety cases, and safety concepts that outline how safety requirements will be met and documented. Requirements : Define and specify safety requirements for system components, software, and hardware to mitigate identified risks. Safety Validation : Verify and validate that safety requirements have been met and that safety measures are effective. Fault Analysis : Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA) to assess the impact of potential failures on safety. Safety Documentation : Create and maintain safety documentation, including safety manuals, safety reports, and safety analyses.
