Locations- Bengaluru/ Pune

• Good banking domain understanding (Global Bank exposure- Mandatory)

• Experience in Trade Finance.

• Must have Certifications - PMP, CSM, Agile & Prince2

• Core PM Skills – Planning, Tracking, Risks & Issues Management, Cost & Benefits Management, Change Impact Assessment, Reporting and Resourcing

• Experience in working on Transformation projects (Not IT or Technical Project managers)

• Strong alignment with Agile ways or working

• Experienced in at least 2-3 Digital project delivery in large banks

• Delivery and not consulting orientation

• Experienced in working with senior and cross geography stakeholders

• Strong communication, articulation and negotiation skills Qualification

• 7+ years of relevant experience

• Strong project management experience with global banks

• Education – MBA, B. Tech/ BE (Preferred)

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
