Key Responsibility Areas

• Collaborate with production planning to set realistic production targets for the weaving preparatory processes.
• Monitor and analyse actual production output, identifying variances and implementing measures to achieve or exceed targets.
• Optimize processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to achieve high Right First Time (RFT) rates in the weaving preparatory processes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address issues affecting product quality.
• Provide ongoing training to preparatory teams to enhance skills and reduce errors.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance within the weaving preparatory department.
• Implement strategies to minimize absenteeism, including effective communication, recognition programs, and addressing underlying issues.
• Collaborate with HR to implement attendance policies and initiatives.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs for preparatory teams.
• Implement measures to prevent accidents and achieve a zero-accident goal.
