Role Overview: As a motivated and proactive professional with 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services or Consulting, you will be responsible for applying Agentic AI and first-principles thinking to transform Retail and Commercial Banking. Your role will involve business analysis, solution design, and client consulting to help leading banks translate business needs into actionable AI capabilities and measurable business value. You will collaborate effectively to deliver impactful and scalable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your background as a Business Analyst/Product owner and strong understanding of banking products and processes to deliver innovative solutions. - Blend business analysis, solution design, and client consulting to drive transformation across retail lending, deposits, onboarding, customer service, business banking, and more. - Play a pivotal role in translating business needs into AI-enabled capabilities and measurable business value. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a premier business school is preferred. - Experience working with financial institutions and understanding their challenges. - Exposure to AI-led transformation, Agile delivery, or digital banking programs. - Experience in client-facing consulting roles within banking is desirable.,
