Functional Consultant QAD MFG

As a QAD Functional Resource at Medline International, your primary responsibility will be to support European business users in their daily functions and help in reducing legacy customizations with standard QAD solutions. You will play a key role in mapping user requirements to standard QAD functionalities. This full-time position is part of Medline's Information Services Department, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of the organization. - Implement and maintain QAD-related functionality for the European business using standard QAD or developing customizations when necessary - Work towards reducing intrusive customizations and replacing them with standard QAD functionalities - Provide day-to-day support to business users, resolving issues and implementing enhancements as needed - Collaborate closely with functional leaders at the operational level and other teams within the organization - Contribute to business process change and optimization initiatives - Ensure quality and proper documentation of projects for seamless handover to support teams - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with QAD (and Mfg/Pro) systems - Proficiency in functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution within the QAD framework - Experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE) and configuring/setup to meet business requirements - Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities,
