Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Configure and execute end-to-end Finance/SCM processes in MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
Design, document, and configure processes such as Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production Control, Master Planning, and Quality Management.
Conduct fit-gap analyses, lead workshops, and translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
Manage configuration, prototyping (CRPs), testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), go-live, and remediation.
Collaborate with developers for integrations, customisations, and data migration.
Provide training, user manuals, and post-go-live support.
Ensure ERP solutions align with manufacturing workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3 - 7 years of experience in implementing/supporting MS Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules (manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory/Warehouse, Quality & MRP modules.
Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and change management.
Skilled in D365 configuration and data migration.
Microsoft Certification in D365 (preferred).
Familiarity with warehouse/mobile apps, Azure DevOps, LCS & Power Platform.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and client-focused approach.
