Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis:

• Study and understand existing business processes across manufacturing operations (chemical and discrete).
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Documentation:

• Prepare detailed process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and functional specifications.
• Maintain clear and structured records for future reference and audits.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Conduct interviews and workshops with business users, plant managers, and operational teams.
• Gather requirements and validate them with stakeholders.

• Process Mapping:

• Create process flow diagrams and business process models using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN).

• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the solutions team, leadership, and architects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of

  manufacturing processes

  (chemical and discrete).
• Excellent

  analytical and documentation skills

  .
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with

  Oracle

  from a functional perspective (not configuration).
• Proficiency in

  process mapping tools

  (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in

  business process re-engineering

  or

  continuous improvement initiatives

  .
• Knowledge of

  industry standards

  and compliance requirements in manufacturing.
• Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
