Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Customer Care and Billing (CCB) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 14 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure CCB solutions using Oracle utilities.
Provide functional consulting services for CCB implementation, including end-to-end project support.
Develop and maintain business scripts, service scripts, and BPA scripts.
Utilize configuration tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of CCB functionality, including customer care and billing processes.
Experience with Oracle utilities and CCB implementation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Notice period: 0-60 days.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad/ PAN India.
