Fullstack Engineer

• Lead the development and architecture of complex web applications using PHP Laravel, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design, implement, and manage databases in PostgreSQL and MongoDB environments.
• Architect and implement efficient messaging systems using various message queues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
• Participate in hands-on coding and review pull requests to ensure high-quality code and consistent coding standards.
• Drive the selection of infrastructure for production deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements, set priorities, and lead product development efforts.
• Implement and oversee continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and testing frameworks to ensure rapid and safe deployment of code.
• Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation, selection, and governance to ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.
• Promote and enforce Agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is

preferred.

• At least 8+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record in PHP Laravel, React.js and Node.js.
• Expertise in database design and management using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, testing frameworks (e.g., TestRail, TestLink), and product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to following Agile principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge and adherence to best coding practices, including SOLID principles, code refactoring, and optimization.
• Proficiency in code quality tools like SonarQube, ESLint, and PHPStan.
• Expert knowledge of Git, including branching strategies and merge conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns, including MVC, Microservices, and Event-Driven architectures.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs with security best practices.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment.
• Skills in application performance analysis and optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile project management tools and methodologies.
