Fullstack developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated code snippets, explanations, or answers against prompts or reference solutions. Your role will involve comparing multiple AI responses and ranking them based on correctness, efficiency, readability, and relevance. Additionally, you will need to identify and document bugs, logical errors, and inconsistencies in AI-generated code or explanations. Providing detailed feedback and quality ratings that directly impact AI model training and fine-tuning processes will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with AI researchers, prompt engineers, and tool developers to enhance evaluation workflows and data quality will also be expected. Contributing to internal documentation and improving evaluation guidelines will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate AI-generated code snippets, explanations, or answers against prompts or reference solutions. - Compare multiple AI responses and rank them based on correctness, efficiency, readability, and relevance. - Identify and document bugs, logical errors, and inconsistencies in AI-generated code or explanations. - Provide detailed feedback and quality ratings that feed directly into AI model training and fine-tuning processes. - Collaborate with AI researchers, prompt engineers, and tool developers to improve evaluation workflows and data quality. - Contribute to internal documentation and improvement of evaluation guidelines. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar frameworks. - Familiarity with back-end development using Python, C++ or Java. - Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development. - Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL). - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Basic DSA knowledge.
