Fullstack Developer

As a member of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance IT team based in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT solutions for Operational Risk products. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a Java-based web application, driving continuous integration and improvements, establishing architecture standards and guidelines for a globally deployed software solution, and supporting product management in driving the product roadmap. Working closely with the Development Lead, you will deliver IT solutions independently as part of a global team. Your expertise in frontend screen development, Java/J2EE based applications, Java frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring, software integration techniques like REST API services, Java 8, Spring Framework with SpringBoot, Gradle/Maven, and javascript-based UI frameworks like React JS Javascript will be invaluable in ensuring the delivery of robust and sustainable solutions that meet business requirements while aligning with organizational guidelines and standards. Additionally, your knowledge in cloud infrastructure, application and web servers, and excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Testers, and Management on technical matters.
