About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code/scripts using Python, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design and build applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
• Full Stack Automation->(Python (Backend)+Front end (react/next.js)+Power Automate),

  some exposure of DevOps

• Automate business processes through Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate automation workflows with backend services and APIs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver automation projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in RPA and low-code/no-code automation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and JavaScript (Must have)
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React.js and backend development using Node.js (Must have)
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism. (Good to have)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Good to have)
• Good understanding of APIs, integration techniques, and automation architecture.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and automate them effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to database technologies and data integration.
