Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end fintech web applications.
Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and system integrations.
Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces with reusable components.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases, focusing on performance and data integrity.
Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, broker APIs, authentication systems, and analytics tools.
Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance best practices.
Debug production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with product, QA, and compliance teams for timely feature delivery.

Required Skills:

Frontend

React.js / Angular / Vue.js
JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap

Backend

Node.js / Python (any one strong backend stack)
REST API design and integration
Understanding of microservices architecture

Databases

MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
MongoDB / Redis or other NoSQL databases

Good to Have:

Experience with fintech, trading systems, or payment platforms
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Docker / Kubernetes basics
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Automated testing, system monitoring, and performance tuning
