About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both the front-end and back-end, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Build efficient, reusable, and scalable code for both client-side and server-side applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and database-driven applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 4–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Technical Skills:

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Angular / Vue.js.

Backend: Node.js / Express.js, PHP / Laravel, or Java / Spring Boot.

Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (preferred).

Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.

Cloud/Deployment: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Docker/Kubernetes (preferred).

Other Tools: CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

Proactive in learning and applying new technologies.

Nice to Have (Optional but a Plus)

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or NestJS.

Mobile app development experience (React Native / Flutter).
