• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using

  ASP.NET and React.js

• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and design principles.
• Optimize application performance and security in a

  containerized microservices

  environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to

  API development, cloud deployments, and container orchestration

• Ensure

  CI/CD pipelines

  are in place for smooth and automated deployments.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  , mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud-native development.

• 8+ years of experience

  in software development, with at least

  3+ years in a technical leadership role

• Strong expertise in

  ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API

  .
• Proficiency in

  React.js

  , including state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker and Kubernetes (preferably Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS)

  .
• Deep understanding of

  microservices architecture

  and containerized application development.
• Experience in

  Azure cloud services

  , including AKS, App Services, Functions, and Storage solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting

  performance and security issues
