Role & responsibilities Technical Expertise: • Core AI/ML Skills: o Strong expertise in OCR, NLP, NER, deep learning, and ML model development. o Extensive experience working with Hugging Face Transformers, fine-tuning pre-trained models for NLP, OCR, and entity extraction tasks. o Proven experience in extracting structured data from scanned and digital PDF forms using OCR-based AI models. o Deep expertise in NLP techniques, including Named Entity Recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, topic modeling, text summarization, and relationship extraction from unstructured text sources (social media, literature, email body). o Experience building rapid prototypes using Gradio or Streamlit for ML model demonstrations. o Solid understanding of semantic search, recommendation systems, and applied ML principles. o Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and deep learning techniques. Systems & Tools: o Experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML model serving APIs. o Familiarity with Linux-based environments, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). o Hands-on knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), vector search engines, and knowledge graphs is a plus. o Strong experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL).
