Job Description

Lead Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Angular (Latest Version), Core Python, and Microsoft Azure.
Define and enforce architecture, design decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Guide and mentor development team members, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality code.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Leverage Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, etc.
Conduct peer code reviews and ensure CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements and innovation.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend:

Angular (v12+), TypeScript

Backend:

Core Python
Frameworks: Flask, Django, or FastAPI

Cloud & DevOps:

Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps)
CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (plus)

APIs & Databases:

RESTful API design and consumption
SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
NoSQL (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)

Tools:

Git, GitHub/Bitbucket

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in software development, with proven leadership in technical roles.
Hands-on experience in leading full stack development and cloud-based solutions.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
