Job Description

Role: Performance Test Engineer

Company Name: WillWare Technologies

Work Mode: Remote / Full - time

Experience: 5+ Years

Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter based on application requirements.
Execute and support performance test runs and provide in-depth analysis of results.
Work with Load Testing tools (preferably Load Ranger or similar) to validate system performance.
Monitor and tune application performance under various load conditions.
Write and maintain automation scripts using Shell or Perl for performance test environments.
Ensure alignment with the Definition of Done for performance testing tasks.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to identify and fix performance issues.
Document findings and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise with JMeter
Proficiency in Java
Experience with Shell scripting or Perl scripting
Familiarity with load testing tools and result interpretation
Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities
