We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web and App Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web and mobile applications that meet user needs and business goals. You will work closely with the product, design, and development teams to build efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications. Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications. Implement and integrate APIs to enhance app functionality. Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in software development. Conduct code reviews and participate in testing, debugging, and deployment processes. Monitor application performance and optimize for speed and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest development tools, frameworks, and programming languages. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and production. Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in full stack development (web and mobile). Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or .NET. Experience with mobile app development (iOS, Android) using technologies like React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin. Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and database management systems. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies. Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Knowledge of security best practices for both web and mobile applications. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in sprints.
