About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Tricentis Practice Lead to establish and grow this capability, drive strategy, build delivery teams, and ensure excellence in implementation of Tricentis solutions including Tosca, qTest, and LiveCompare. Position Title: Tricentis Practice Lead Location: Hyderabad, India or Remote Type: Full-time, Contract, or Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities : Establish and lead Saicon’s Tricentis Center of Excellence (CoE) and practice strategy. Develop solution offerings and reusable assets using Tricentis Tosca and other tools in the ecosystem. Provide oversight and direction on client engagements involving Tricentis implementation. Build and mentor a high-performing team of Tricentis consultants and automation engineers. Collaborate with sales and account teams to support pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development. Define best practices, delivery methodologies, and quality standards for Tricentis-driven automation. Maintain strong vendor relationship with Tricentis and track roadmap updates and certifications. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 8+ years in software testing and automation, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca. Proven experience standing up new practices or QA automation centers. Certified Tricentis Tosca Architect or Automation Specialist. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering projects in Agile/DevOps environments. Required Skills : Expertise in broader Tricentis suite including qTest, LiveCompare, and Test Automation for SAP. Experience integrating Tricentis tools with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Prior consulting or services firm experience a strong plus.
