Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 8+ years in software testing and automation, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca. Proven experience standing up new practices or QA automation centers. Certified Tricentis Tosca Architect or Automation Specialist. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering projects in Agile/DevOps environments. Required Skills : Expertise in broader Tricentis suite including qTest, LiveCompare, and Test Automation for SAP. Experience integrating Tricentis tools with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Prior consulting or services firm experience a strong plus.
