About the Role

The Fullstack developer will be part of Quorekas technical team.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (Ext JS/Angular/ React).
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Build scalable back-end services (Node.js/Java/Spring).
• Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design and query optimization.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms(AWS/Azure) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Continuous innovation and fresh thinking towards product development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery.
• Experience with front-end frameworks: Ext JS, React.js, Angular.
• Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks and languages: Node.js, Express.js, Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab version control.
• Understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Self-driven with strong technical leadership skills, capable of breaking down overall milestones into detailed, measurable technical tasks and deliverables
• Experience and strong knowledge of open-source software, frameworks, and emerging technologies in both front-end and server-side development
• Good knowledge of web/application servers such as Jetty, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, etc
• Strong design skills in n-tier architectures, including scalability, caching, business, and data layers

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with unit testing & test automation frameworks (JUnit).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Exposure to serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools.
