Full Stack Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, your role involves preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs for students and working professionals. You will be responsible for handling training on the latest technologies, such as Java, Frameworks, HTML, CSS, NodeJs, ReactJs, Angular Js, MongoDb, SQL, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting training on the latest technologies for students and working professionals. - Preparing study material related to training. - Conducting seminars and workshops in colleges. - Organizing instructor-led training programs. - Developing training schedules and programs for personnel. - Analyzing learning needs and developing appropriate training material. - Interacting with respective departments to schedule training programs. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in delivering technical training. - Ability to host training workshops for new hires. - Knack for detecting and removing barriers to learning. - Strong command over technologies and project experience.
