Full Stack .Net Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Milestone Technologies, you will play a vital role in developing and optimizing software solutions across the technology stack. You will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of new features within products and applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reusability, interoperability, and security. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will enable you to contribute effectively to projects involving databases, backend services, and front end applications. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include developing conceptual systems architecture designs, supporting release planning activities, defining testing strategies, and identifying technical dependencies across various product teams. You will work closely with Product Owners to define requirements, develop front-end architectures, and implement solutions that enhance user interface concepts. Additionally, you will be involved in driving engineering best practices, providing development strategies and estimates, and participating in scrum ceremonies to ensure project success. To excel in this role, you must possess a mastery of scaling applications, strong software testing methodologies, and experience with public cloud environments, relational databases, and C# .NET solutions. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, along with your problem-solving and analytical skills, will be essential for delivering high-quality, efficient, and fault-tolerant software solutions. Moreover, your commitment to continuous learning and improvement, as well as your willingness to mentor junior engineers and contribute to department standards, will be highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is recommended, along with an understanding of REST, web services, integration patterns, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Experience with Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, JSON, and XML web-based services will also be beneficial for this role.
