Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and drive implementation.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 4.5 - 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development.
* Proficiency in Node.js and React.js.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and make key technical decisions
* Strong Problem solving, debugging and communication skills
