Job Overview
4–5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Proven experience leading frontend or full stack development teamsDeep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React (Hooks, Context API, Redux)Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrationsMongoDB performance tuning and advanced database designProficient in Git, GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean)
Preferred Skills:
Docker, Nginx, Serverless architectureJest, Mocha, unit/integration testingPerformance optimization & scalable architectureAgile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field5–6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
