Summary

We are seeking a highly resourceful and technically skilled Full-Stack Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will own the entire marketing funnel, execution to analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing a modern marketing technology stack, be familiar with the latest AI tools, and possess the technical skills to implement and maintain these systems independently. This is a role for a "doer" who thrives on solving complex growth challenges through experimentation and innovation.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns that directly impact business growth and revenue.
  • Marketing Technology Ownership: Independently manage and optimize our marketing and reporting tool suite. This includes implementation, configuration, and API-based integrations.
  • AI Integration: Actively research, evaluate, and deploy new AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing workflows, personalize content, and automate campaign management.
  • Technical Implementation: Use technical skills (such as working with APIs, basic HTML/CSS, or Zapier/Make automations) to set up tracking, build workflows, and integrate various tools without heavy reliance on developers.
  • Reporting: Track, measure, and report on growth and account-level metrics using Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar visualization tools. Build and maintain custom dashboards to monitor performance and present clear, actionable insights to the wider team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, share insights, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay ahead of marketing trends, AI tools, and growth strategies, quickly evaluating and implementing new technologies to gain competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1 College
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or full-stack marketing roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, Folloze, Power BI, and AdTech platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards, reporting, and interpreting marketing data.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools in marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, digital channels, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven marketing environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or coding for marketing automation and integrations.
