Our lineage is very much AI-centric -- our last company, Maluuba, made the Siri competitor for Samsung, LG, Tesla, and General Motors. That company was sold to Microsoft in 2017 for $140M. Most engineers in Maluuba became millionaires as a result. This time around, we want to digitize shopping not just for e-commerce, but for all of retail.

Role Expectations

We are seeking motivated Full-Stack Engineering Interns to join our DLP team. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product managers to help build and enhance features, respond to client needs, and support our development efforts across the stack.

• Assist in the development of frontend and/or backend features depending on project needs
• Collaborate with team members and proactively ask for guidance when needed
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning
• Learn and grow your understanding of real-world software development practices

Preferred Skill Set

• Familiarity with Frontend (Vue.js, TypeScript) and Backend (Python).
• Strong interest in full-stack development and eagerness to learn new technologies

Bonus / Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Go (Golang) or Nuxt.js
• Understanding of responsive design and modern CSS
• Previous internship or project experience in a web development environment

Duration and Stipend

This is a six-month internship position with the potential for a full-time conversion based on performance. A stipend will be provided as per industry standards and will be discussed during the interview process.
