Full Stack Engineer

As a technical lead at RankRizers, your role will involve leading the technical strategy and vision for the company to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of scalable web architectures using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js. Managing and guiding a team of developers, providing mentorship, and ensuring high-quality code delivery will also be within your scope of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical strategy and vision for the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Oversee the development of scalable web architectures using the MERN stack and Next.js. - Manage and guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality code delivery. - Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ensure cross-device compatibility. - Architect and manage backend services and serverless functions on AWS and Azure, leveraging MongoDB, and SQL databases where necessary. - Implement, optimize, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth automated testing, build, and deployment workflows. - Optimize infrastructure costs and performance using AWS-native tools like CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and IAM for security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and integrate security/compliance standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance, scalability, and security of all applications. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate AI and LLMs into the platform where relevant. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development with Next.js. - 5+ years of software development experience and 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams. - Fluent knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS. - Solid understanding of backend development, particularly with Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred). - Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and strong understanding of serverless and cloud-native architecture. - Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools. - Ability to monitor and maintain application health using AWS CloudWatch and implement robust logging & alerting. - Strong experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries for performance. - Proven ability to create scalable web architectures and optimize for performance. - Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Strong focus on clean, maintainable code and performance optimization. - Interest or experience in working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.
