We want people who have agency. People who do not wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to be done, you make it happen. You care about making something great and you move fast.

This role is about building websites and apps end to end so people can use what we create. From the moment an idea is born to the moment it is in someone’s hands, you own the process.

Why We’re Building

Our vision is to build the best technology we can and make it accessible to people. We believe AI is how that happens. My research is about taking technology from 0 to 1, from nothing to something entirely new, and putting it in people’s hands so it improves their lives.

What You’ll Do

Your work will be end to end. From deploying models in the cloud and creating APIs to building the frontend and maintaining a feedback loop. Websites, apps, whatever form it needs to take so people can use it. You will create your own tasks, figure out what makes the product go from good to great, and ship fast.

We do not track you hour to hour. We give you the freedom to experiment. You decide what can be done, make a plan, and get it done. We are not a normal team. We are rebels, misfits, deep thinkers, people obsessed with the craft of building.

What Matters to Us

We care about talent, not credentials. The best idea should win, no matter who it comes from. We take very early bets on people. When I say early, I mean our first hire. We never looked at his resume. We do not even know where he worked before. What mattered was that he could build and deliver.

We do not care where you studied, what grades you got, or if you dropped out. We care about the quality of your code, how fast you ship, and whether you have built something great before. If you have hustled and made real progress, that is what matters.
