Role Overview

Were hiring a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across the stack and tackling complex systems challenges. Youll design and develop high-scale observability solutions that empower global companies to diagnose and fix issues faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize observability tools for real-time system monitoring.
• Develop end-to-end features using Golang, Python, and React.
• Design scalable APIs and services that handle massive data volume.
• Solve complex performance and reliability problems with creative solutions.
• Own projects from design to production deployment.
• Collaborate with a team that values technical excellence, ownership, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang (mandatory).
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think from first principles.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with observability / APM tools.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka exposure.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience in mentoring or technical leadership.
